Cancellation Policy

Please read updated changes to our policy.

LATE POLICY

We ask that clients please arrive 10 minutes early so that we may start your service on time. A late arrival may reduce your appointment time out of respect to the patient scheduled after you. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible based on our schedule. Lateness beyond 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The most valuable thing that you can give someone is your time. We fully believe that everyone’s time should be respected. Therefore, we ask that you please give us a 24 hour notice of a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (48 hours for groups of two or more and Monday appointments should be called in no later than Thursday) so that we are able to readjust our schedule and accommodate our waitlist.

NO SHOWS POLICY

Patients who are not present for their appointment will be considered a no-show and charged a NO-SHOW fee deemed fit by The Med Spa. Patients may also be required to hold future appointments with a Visa or Master Card that will be charged in the event of another no-show or late cancellation. A continued history of no-shows may result in a dismissal from The Med Spa Dothan.

CHANGES IN SCHEDULED SERVICE

Sometimes patients ask to change their service after arriving. While most times we are able to accommodate this change, occasionally we are unable to do so given the amount of time scheduled and change in set up (ex: Deciding to get a treatment which lasts an hour vs. a chemical peel which takes 30-45 minutes) So that we are able to give you the best treatment possible, we ask that you please call 24 hours in advance to discuss any changes to that you would like to make to your scheduled service.

When you book, we reserve and Aesthetician, equipment, and a room just for you. We value each of our patients and want to respect everyone’s time.

Microneedling/Microblading/Permanent Make Up Policy

LATE POLICY

We ask that clients please arrive 10 minutes early so that we may start your service on time. A late arrival may reduce your appointment time out of respect to the patient scheduled after you. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible based on our schedule. Lateness beyond 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and a 50% deposit will be collected before rescheduling.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The most valuable thing that you can give someone is your time. We fully believe that everyone’s time should be respected. Therefore, we ask that you please give us a 24-hour notice of a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. These appointments take more time than any other service and a large portion of the Aesthetician’s schedule.

NO SHOWS POLICY

Patients who are not present for their appointment will be considered a No-show and charged a NO SHOW fee that will be 50% of scheduled services. Patients may also be required to hold future appointments with a Visa or Master Card that will be charged in the event of another no-show or late cancellation. A continued history of no-shows may result in a dismissal from The Med Spa Dothan.
